Phase A
Inspiration & Foundations
Weeks 1–2
01
Session
Opening: The Startup World & Your Personal WHY
Week 1 June 10, 2026 13:00 – 16:00
What We Cover
What is a startup? What is a VC? What is an Accelerator? Introduction to the 12-week roadmap and the journey ahead.
What You Will Learn
Understand the startup ecosystem and find your personal motivation. The "Start With Why" exercise helps each participant articulate what drives them and a foundation for everything that follows.
Session Outcome
Personal WHY Canvas : each participant leaves with their own written motivation statement and a clear understanding of the 12-week roadmap.
02
Session
From the Field: Leading Bedouin Entrepreneurs
Week 2 June 17, 2026 13:00 – 16:00
What We Cover
An inspirational and interactive session built around real entrepreneurial journeys, failures, pivots, and success stories. The session leads into a live conversation with Ibrahim Sana, where participants will listen for the real turning points: what failed, what changed, who helped, and what made progress possible.
Guest Speaker
Ibrahim Sana — CEO of Sadel Technologies, the first high-tech company in the Arab-Bedouin community, and a serial founder with over two decades of experience across software, EdTech, and AI. He built Kindix, an AI-driven school management platform reshaping education across the MENA region, and has co-founded startups in education, delivery, HR, and e-commerce. Ibrahim is on a mission to prove that transformative tech companies can be built from within underrepresented communities — and he's living proof.
Session Outcome
Inspiration Map: 5 personal takeaways per participant, written and shared with the group.
B
Phase B
Problem, Customer & Market Research
Weeks 3–5
03
Session
The Problem is Everything: Problem Discovery
Week 3 June 24, 2026 13:00 – 16:00
What We Cover
Why do most startups fail? Because they built a solution to the wrong problem. We use the "5 Whys" method to move from surface symptoms to the real root cause of a problem worth solving.
What You Will Learn
A startup begins with a problem, not an idea. Learning to define a problem with precision, who has it, how often, how painfully, is the most important skill in early-stage entrepreneurship.
Session Outcome
Problem Map + Problem Statement Canvas : a specific, clearly defined problem that a real person lives with.
04
Session
Customer Discovery: Know Your Customer
Week 4 July 1, 2026 13:00 – 16:00
What We Cover
Who exactly is the customer? We learn how to run a proper customer interview using The Mom Test framework , avoiding leading questions and getting honest answers. Pair simulation exercises and a group Empathy Map.
What You Will Learn
You cannot build for a customer you haven't spoken to. Real discovery comes from listening, not pitching. This session shifts participants from assumption-mode to curiosity-mode.
Session Outcome
Empathy Map + Customer Persona + Interview questionnaire. Homework: conduct 3 real customer interviews before the next session.
05
Session
Market Research: Who Else is in the Arena?
Week 5 July 8, 2026 13:00 – 16:00
What We Cover
How big is the market? TAM/SAM/SOM explained in simple, practical terms. Who are the competitors, and how do we use that knowledge to find our opening rather than be discouraged by it?
What You Will Learn
Understanding the market is not about fear : it is about finding where you fit. Knowing your competition reveals the gaps and the opportunity. A market with no competitors usually means no market.
Session Outcome
Market Map + Competitor Matrix : a first mapping of market size and key players, with a clear sense of what makes this venture different.
C
Phase C
From Problem to Solution
Weeks 6–8
06
Session
What is an MVP? From Idea to First Product
Week 6 July 15, 2026 13:00 – 16:00
What We Cover
The Lean Startup method: build the least, learn the most. What is the smallest thing you can build to test your central assumption? We define hypotheses and map them to a Minimum Viable Product.
What You Will Learn
An MVP is not a bad version of your product : it is a learning tool. The goal is to answer a specific question with minimum investment. Speed of learning beats perfection every time.
Session Outcome
Lean Hypothesis Canvas + MVP Definition : a clear statement of what is being built, for whom, and what question it answers.
07
Session
Business Model Canvas: How Do You Make Money?
Week 8 July 22, 2026 13:00 – 16:00
What We Cover
Only after understanding the problem and the customer do we talk about money. We build a full Business Model Canvas: Value Proposition, Revenue Streams, Channels, Customer Segments, and Key Resources.
What You Will Learn
A business model is the logic of how you create, deliver, and capture value. The BMC forces you to think about all the moving parts , not just the product, and to see where the risks are.
Session Outcome
First Business Model Canvas, a complete initial BMC for each venture, with clear understanding of value created and how revenue is generated.
D
Phase D
Storytelling & Pitching
Weeks 9–10
08
Session
Storytelling: Tell Your Story
Week 9 July 29, 2026 13:00 – 16:00
What We Cover
The structure of a great entrepreneurial story: problem, solution, why us, what's next. We practice the 60-second Elevator Pitch, the version that changes how someone sees your idea in under a minute.
What You Will Learn
Facts don't move people, stories do. Learning to tell your story with clarity and emotion is as important as the idea itself. Every investor, partner, and customer needs to feel the problem before they care about the solution.
Session Outcome
Story Arc Template + Personal Elevator Pitch : a rehearsed, confident 60-second pitch for each participant.
09
Session
Pitch Deck: Presentation for Pre-Accelerator
Week 10 August 5, 2026 13:00 – 16:00
What We Cover
The 10-slide structure used by top pre-accelerators: problem, solution, market, BMC, MVP, target audience, competitors, team, roadmap, and call to action. We build the skeleton together.
What You Will Learn
A pitch deck is a communication tool, not a document. It should raise questions, not answer all of them. Understanding what an investor or program director is looking for and why this changes how you present.
Session Outcome
Pitch Deck Template (10 slides) : a working skeleton for each venture's pitch, ready for refinement in Phase E.
E
Phase E
Mentoring & Demo Day
Weeks 11–14
10
Session
Pitch Practice & Peer Feedback
Week 12 September 2, 2026 13:00 – 16:00
What We Cover
Each participant presents a full pitch (5 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A) in front of the group. Structured peer feedback protocol: what worked? what was confusing? what would you want to know more about?
What You Will Learn
The only way to get better at pitching is to pitch, repeatedly, in front of people who will give you honest feedback. Peer critique builds both the presenter's confidence and the reviewer's analytical eye.
Session Outcome
Peer Feedback Protocol + Final Pitch Version : each participant receives written peer feedback and produces a final, polished pitch.
11
Demo Day
Demo Day: Public Closing Event
Week 14 September 9, 2026 13:00 – 16:00
What We Cover
Each participant presents their venture in front of a panel of mentors, Bidayatech representatives, and invited guests. Full pitch format, Q&A, and judging. Selected ventures advance to the Pre-Accelerator.
What You Will Learn
This is the moment everything has been building toward. A real audience, real stakes, real feedback , and the beginning of the next chapter for those who are ready.
Session Outcome
Final Pitch Deck + Judging Panel Evaluation : selected ventures continue to the Pre-Accelerator program.
